We offer 2 options for getting service on you snow plow or salt spreader controller serviced - mail-in or drop off (Germantown, WI).

For either choice we ask that you provide your contact info with ALL controllers sent in INCLUDING your phone number! No controllers will be serviced without a valid contact method. Please REMOVE ANY MOUNTING BRACKETS from your controller PRIOR TO SHIPPING IN FOR SERVICE!

Drop-off service option:

​

If you're in our service area (or don't mind the drive) - we offer same day repair & rebuilding service based on appointment only. You must contact us by phone (262) 735-5055 - prior to visiting our location. NO walk-in service accepted without appointment. Most repairs can be completed within an hour. We do NOT have waiting facilities on-site but you're welcome to drop off and stop back as soon as service is complete.

Mail-in Service option:

Simply pack up your controller (securely but please don't use styrofoam peanuts!) and include your contact info/phone # in the package. USPS, UPS, or FedEx deliver here daily. There are no upfront charges for our services. We will contact you upon receipt and give you the results of our diagnostics and testing as well as an estimate. If approved, most repairs are completed same day. We offer many return shipping options - some as fast as same day! We accept PayPal, most major credit cards, and mail-in payments w/ prior approval.
